Delivery
You can track the delivery status online at any time using your order tracking ID. You can see the tracking ID for your package on the delivery confirmation email you receive when your package leaves Laesh. Delivery information will be updated to the tracking service within a few hours of the package leaving our warehouse.

Delivery time
We will indicate your estimated delivery time at checkout and in the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the delivery method. You will receive a more detailed estimate of the delivery date in your e-mail once the order has left our warehouse.

Our logistics partners offer the possibility to track the shipment on their website. Once your package has left the Laesh warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation that also includes the tracking number for your package. The tracking number allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time here (Posti).

In order for us to deliver the products you have ordered as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in several instalments. You will receive a separate delivery confirmation for each shipment with their own shipping ID when the package leaves the Laesh warehouse. Our system evaluates on a per-order basis whether some of the products in your order can be shipped earlier. If partial delivery is possible, the system will suggest it as an automatic default to speed up delivery. If you do not want your order to be divided into several batches, you can choose delivery as a single package when ordering.

Please note that we may deliver your order using another logistics partner, or deliver your order to a pick-up point if our other home delivery company fails. You may not receive a separate notice for this, but you can track the delivery of your order using your order tracking ID.

Is there any damage to the package you received?
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that all the products in your order have survived without damage.

If only your package has taken a hit and you want to return the products from this order, you can use any transport-resistant packaging for the return. Please use the return card that came with the package. When using a return card, the return is always free for you.
Please note that we cannot send an intact cardboard box to replace the damaged one.

Undelivered package
If your package has not arrived, even though it is already several days after your order, it is possible that your order has been delivered but you have not received an arrival notification. You can check the delivery status here (Posti).
If your package has been delivered to the pick-up point according to the tracking service, you can inquire about the package directly from there. If your package has arrived, you can pick it up even if you have not received an arrival notification. Bring your ID and shipping number.

Shipping costs
We do not charge delivery costs if the minimum value of your order is 200,00€.
If the value of your order is less than 200,00€, we will add 9.95€ as delivery costs per order.

Package arrival notification
If you have stored your mobile phone number in your customer account information, you will receive a text message when your package has arrived at the pick-up point. If you have not provided your mobile number, you will receive a standard email notification when your package is available for pick-up.

You can add your mobile phone number in the “My Information” section of your customer account. The information will be updated for your next order.

My own information
If you have not picked up your package within seven days, you will receive a text message reminder or reminder via email. If the order is not picked up within 7 days of its arrival at the PostNord MyPack / Vending Machine, the package will be returned to Laesh. At pick-up points, the order is stored for 7 days.

Please note that if you add your phone number to your customer account after placing your order, it will unfortunately not be updated to your existing order.

Logistics partner
Posti is responsible for delivery in Finland. Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to the pick-up point of your choice within 3-8 business days. You can choose home delivery or pick-up for your order from the most suitable K-market, S-market, R-kiosk, Posti office / parcel machine. The network of pick-up points covers the entire country, and flexible opening hours allow you to pick up your package when it suits you best.

I received a product I did not order
We’re sorry we sent you the wrong product.
We ask you to send the wrong product back to us. Mark the reason for the return as “Wrong product”.

Was the wrong product delivered instead of the product you ordered?
If you wish, you can re-order the product from the laesh.fi online store.
If you have already paid for the order, please send us your account information via the contact form so that we can make a refund once your return has been registered in our warehouse.´

Delivery information
The order processing time in the warehouse is usually 1-2 business days, after which the delivery of the package is transferred to our logistics partner.

We will do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. See the estimated arrival time of your package in your own order confirmation.

Please note that it may take up to two days for the package to be shipped from the warehouse (this does not affect the delivery time stated on the order confirmation). You can track delivery online using the package tracking ID: You can find the tracking code for your package in the delivery confirmation, which you will receive by email when the package has left our warehouse. Unfortunately, our customer service is unable to expedite deliveries or provide information other than the information you see using your own tracking ID.
